Wow, what a busy week I am having. I don’t think that I have had any time (except for a few minutes here and there) to sit down and just relax. I have been going from work to meetings, to studying, to praying, to another meeting…it has been crazy. The reason that I have been going non-stop this past week is because I am speaking at Aqueous this Saturday and I am spending the majority of my time praying and diving into the word to see what God would have me speak. Please pray that God would move on me, and more importantly, he would move on everyone this Saturday night. Thanks for your prayers.

Hey Ryan I didn’t know you were speaking on Sat.
Here’s something that a friend of mine sent to me that seems relevant today. He’s always with you no matter what.

If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.
    Happy moments, praise God.
    Difficult moments, seek God.
    Quiet moments, worship God.
    Painful moments, trust God.
    Every moment, thank God.

Ryan, what did you mean by “in your face”? I assumed you were referring to my one line post, but now that I think about it, I am confused, haha.

Just wanted to leave you a note that you did a good on sat. Nervous or not, your topic was well received. It made us think more about the same things you were delving into in your life that everyone should be thinking about. Are we doing what we’re saying? Are we being Christ’s hands and eyes and ears and mouths? If not, then what are we saying to those around us. Are we really giving people or are we just a lot of talk.

I agree with Sherene, your message was definitely well recieved. I have a sense that we’re gonna be seeing change in how we operate as a church in that regard–that more people are gonna be affected not only spiritually, but in their physical need as well.

Thank you for sharing what God put on your heart for us!
