Well, getting back after a huge absence, rifling through my blogroll (not an easy or short task; it seems as though no one really slacked off as much as I did this holiday), getting to feel the keys under my fingers again (it’s been awhile), and back to work after a nice break. Below are my four most popular posts of 2005 (measured by how many comments they each received). It’s actually quite sad really…
Struggling in SB - 8
Joyous Season - 8
Conversation - 8
More Holiday Cheer - 12
I can’t decide whether all of you liking the Darkness video so much is awesome or scary. But no matter which one, it is definitely sad that my most popular post is a Darkness video. That tells me something very painful about my writings…
Happy new years to all! I love each and every one of you and thank you for being my friend this past year. Here’s to 2006! Cheers!

Ryan Myers!
Nice to have you back! I was checking your blog everyday in anticipation to see what the latest was with you (even though I have been slacking as well in terms of writing). Anyway, the number of comments to your posts shouldn’t be the measure of how popular your writing is. I think your writing has a profound effect on a lot of people who just don’t comment. Or maybe if you really want a ton of comments, just post Darkness videos with every new entry. Love you and happy new year to you too!
Ryno, I like what you have done with your new space. Talk about getting back, I go back to work on Monday and I can’t fricken wait. It’s not that I miss my kids its just I am so rested and I just want to make an impact in their fragile lives. Today I was on the westside read (activism) for a glimse on what we did. Anyways It had been on my heart to volunteer at Noah’s Anchrage for a couple of years. This is a place for runaway kids you might of heard about it before. So I went and turned in a volunteer application, and if things go ok I can hang out with the kids and do some social services (outreaches) that word gives me diarrhea. Let me know if you want some info on it.
