Just saw “An Inconvenient Truth“, the documentary on Global Warming with Al Gore. It was a bit dry and Mr. Gore isnt the most charasmatic of guys, but it was fantastic nonetheless. I would encourage everyone to see this documentary. The isue of Global Warming and its effects are staggering. This film is really eye opening. I love the fact that it tries to accomplish something…the changing of mindsets and ways of thinking. This is pretty refreshing to know that film can actually still be used as a medium for change. Here is a quote at the very end of the film that grabbed me:
“If you believe in prayer, pray that people will have the strength to change.” then if followed with this African Proverb:
“When you pray, move your feet”
Good stuff.
